In one of his final on-screen appearances, Jason David Frank stars in Legend of the White Dragon in August. Written, directed, and produced by Aaron Schoenke, creator of Super Power Beat Down, on his Bat in the Sun YouTube channel, Legend of the White Dragon is heavily inspired by Power Rangers but not officially related to the IP. Frank plays Erik Reed, aka White Dragon, a superhero who is now hunted as a fugitive following a tragic battle three years ago. Schoenke plays Jai Katua, who becomes the evil Dragon Prime, and the two are destined to battle each other. David Ramsey, Andrew Bachelor, Mark Dacascos, Cerina Vincent, Rachele Brooke Smith, and Michael Madsen (also one of his final appearances) co-star. Well Go USA is distributing the film, and it will arrive in theaters on August 28th. Check out the trailer below.
