Mike Flanagan Reimagines Carrie for Prime Video (Trailer)

His fourth Stephen King adaptation, Mike Flanagan is reimagining Carrie for Prime Video in October.  Summer H. Howell plays Carrie White, who lives with her domineering mother, Margaret (Samantha Sloyan), and is frequently bullied at school.  Mysterious telekinetic powers begin to manifest, and she uses them to get revenge on her bullies.  Siena Agudong, Amber Midthunder, Joel Oulette, Alison Thornton, Arthur Conti, Josie Totah, Thalia Dudek, and Matthew Lillard co-star.  Flanagan wrote the pilot episode and directed four of them, along with being the showrunner.  Carrie debuts on October 7th, and you can check out the trailer below.
