The Beastie Boys have always been on the forefront of awesome music videos (Sabotage is easily in my top 3 of all time) and now to promote their new album coming out on May 3rd, the band has made a crazy 30 minute short film called Fight for Your Right Revisited that features some all star talent. Directed by Beastie Adam Yauch, the short finds the 80’s Beastie Boys (Elijah Wood, Danny McBride, Seth Rogen), fresh from recording Fight For Your Right (to Party), being visited by the Beasties of the future (Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly, Jack Black) and getting into dance contests and random mayhem. There’s also tons of cameos by the likes of Ted Danson, Rainn Wilson, Will Arnett, Susan Sarandon, Stanley Tucci and more. The short film is being released along side the new album and looks like it’s going to be tons of goofy fun. Check out the trailer below.
