The Avatar saga continues in December as the Sully family returns to battle for their home and each other in Avatar: Fire and Ash. One year after the events of The Way of Water, the Sullys and the Metkayina clan are threatened by a deadly new foe, the Ash People, led by the vengeful Varang (Oona Chaplin), who worship fire and reject Eywa, as they believe the Great Mother abandoned them when a volcano destroyed their lands. Teaming with Quaritch (Stephen Lang), Varang threatens to burn all of Pandora in her quest for revenge. Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Kate Winslet, and Cliff Curtis return to co-star. James Cameron directed the film and co-wrote the screenplay, and two more Avatar sequels are in development and on the way. Avatar: Fire and Ash is out on December 19th, and you can check out the new trailer below.
