MicroProse is gearing up to drop Battleship Command, a new World War II naval sim that puts you right on the deck of the legendary Scharnhorst. In this immersive adventure from developer Bracer, you’ll guide the ship through the rough waters of the Atlantic, Arctic, and Mediterranean while juggling realistic command systems and soaking in a cinematic, first-person view of life aboard a battleship.
Battleship Command packs a full suite of naval-sim depth, letting you take charge of every major system aboard the Scharnhorst while freely exploring the ship in first-person, from the bridge to the engine rooms. You’ll operate historically accurate fire-control, radar, and navigation equipment, fight through dynamic campaigns across the Atlantic, Arctic, and Mediterranean, and deal with a living ocean complete with shifting weather and full day-night cycles. You can command supporting ships in your fleet, build and share your own missions with an easy scenario editor, and interact with a world filled with convoys, patrols, and merchant traffic as you carve your path through WWII naval warfare.
The game does not have a release date yet, but you can follow only the development on the Steam page for more details.
