Michael Fassbender is back on Paramount+ in June with the second season of The Agency. Playing CIA agent Brandon Colby, aka Martian, in the first season, he was pulled out from an extended undercover mission in Africa and given a desk job as a senior case officer in the CIA’s London Station. When the woman he loved while undercover, Dr. Samia Fatima ‘Sami’ Zahir (Jodie Turner-Smith), arrives in London for a conference, Martian is pulled between his heart and his agency. Events eventually transpired in which Martian agreed to be a double agent for MI6 in exchange for Sami’s safety, and, in Season 2, a mole hunt at the CIA threatened to expose Martian’s actions. Richard Gere, Katherine Waterson, Saura Lightfoot-Leon, and Jeffrey Wright co-star with Christian Ochoa Lavernia, Clayne Crawford, Keanush Tafreshi, Medalion Rahimi, Raza Jaffrey, and Tessa Ferrer joining the cast for Season 2. All episodes of Season 2 will debut on Paramount+ on June 21st, and you can check out the trailer below.
