Netflix Heads Back to Fear Street in May with Fear Street: Prom Queen (Trailer)

After the excellent trilogy of Fear Street films in 2021, Netflix is heading back to Shadyside for the slasher movie Fear Street: Prom Queen. Based on the 1992 R.L. Stine Fear Street book The Prom Queen, the film is set in 1988 at Shadyside High as the school prepares for prom night. A group of girls are all candidates for prom queen, but a mysterious masked killer starts picking them off one by one. India Fowler, Suzanna Son, Fina Strazza, David Iacono, Ella Rubin, Chris Klein, Ariana Greenblatt, Lili Taylor, and Katherine Waterston co-star, and the movie was directed by Matt Palmer, who also co-wrote the script. Fear Street: Prom Queen is out on Netflix on May 13th, and you can check out the trailer below.
