Scott Adkins must fight to survive in a Japanese prison camp in the upcoming action movie, Prisoner of War. Adkins is SAS officer James Wright who crash lands and is captured by the Japanese during World War II. Taken to a prison camp in the Phillipines, Wright discovers that the sadistic commandante, Lt. Col. Ito (Peter Shinkoda) forces the prisoners to fight to the death. Wright is determined to take on anyone Shinkoda throws at him and help him and his fellow prisoners survive until rescue hopefully arrives—Michael Copon, Donald Cerrone, Michael Rene Walton, Gary Cairns, and Gabbi Garcia co-star. Frequent Adkins collaborator Louis Mandylor directs the movie. Prisoner of War is out in theaters and on digital platforms on September 19th, and you can check out the trailer below.
