Colin Farrell is betting it all in Macau this fall when he stars in Ballad of a Small Player.  Farrell plays Lord Doyle, who spends his days gambling and drinking on the casino floors of Macau with a steadily rising debt that is nipping at his heels. He gets an offer that could get him out from a mysterious casino worker, Dao Ming (Fala Chen), but a private investigator, Cynthia Blithe (Tilda Swinton), also arrives and threatens to reveal everything. The movie is based on the novel by Lawrence Osborne, and the film is directed by Edward Berger, who most recently directed the Oscar-nominated Conclave.  Ballad of a Small Player is out in limited theaters on October 15th and then streams on Netflix on October 29th. Check out the trailer below.
