Simu Liu becomes a walking surveillance device when The Copenhagen Test debuts on Peacock at the end of December. Liu plays Alexander Hale, an intelligence agent in the near future who discovers that his brain has been hacked and everything he senses is being transmitted to an unknown source. Discovered by his agency, he’s given the option to act as if everything is normal while they work to find out who is behind the hack and stop them. He’s paired with Melissa Barrera’s Michelle, who acts as his girlfriend while really there to keep tabs on him and potentially take him out if it’s determined he’s a threat to the country. Sinclair Daniel, Brian D’arcy James, Mark O’Brien, and Kathleen Chalfant co-star. James Wan is an executive producer on the series, and all eight episodes of the season will debut on Peacock on December 27th. Check out the trailer below.
