
Tom Holland is webslinging back into theaters as Spider-Man in July, when Spider-Man: Brand New Day hits theaters. Four years after No Way Home, Peter Parker (Holland) continues to fight crime anonymously as Spider-Man after the spell from Doctor Strange caused the world to forget he existed. While investigating a new series of crimes, Peter undergoes a physical transformation that grants him organic webs but may also cause more dangerous side effects. Zendaya and Jacob Batalon return as MJ and Ned Leeds, who are attending MIT, while Jon Bernthal appears as Frank Castle, aka The Punisher, and Mark Ruffalo appears as Dr. Bruce Banner. Teased all the way back in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Michael Mando finally dons the stinger of Scorpion, and Sadie Sink will appear in an undisclosed role. Marvin Jones III is portraying crime boss Tombstone, and Peter will also face the likes of Boomerang, Tarantula, and the Hand ninja clan. Charlie Cox may also appear as Daredevil after appearing in No Way Home.  Destin Daniel Cretton, who most recently directed and executive-produced Wonder Man and directed Shang-Chi, directed the movie.  Spider-Man: Brand New Day arrives in theaters on July 31st, and you can check out the trailer below.
