Explore the Backrooms in May (Trailer)

Blumhouse and A24 are teaming up to send audiences into the horrific liminal space of the Backrooms in May.  Chiwetel Ejiofor stars as Clark, who discovers a portal to a bizarre alternate dimension in the furniture store where he works.  Becoming obsessed with figuring out how deep the space goes, he goes missing, and his psychiatrist, played by Renate Reinsve, enters the space to find him.  Mark Duplass, Finn Bennett, Lukita Maxwell, and Avan Jogia co-star.  Kane Parsons, who created the creepypasta web series the film is based on, directs the film adaptation.  Backrooms is out on May 29th, and you can check out the new trailer below.
