
Peacock is heading to Magic City for a revenge-fueled crime thriller, M.I.A., in May. Shannon Gisela stars as Etta Tiger Jonze, whose family is murdered by a group of a dozen men who operate at various levels of Miami’s criminal underground. Looking for revenge, Jonze plots to find and kill them all, with some help from friends Lovely (Brittany Adebumola) and Stanley (Dylan T. Jackson). Cary Elwes co-stars as a crusty detective following Etta’s crimes, and Danay Garcia, Dylan Jackson, Alberto Guerra, Maurice Compte, Gerardo Celasco, and Marta Milans also co-star. The series was created by Bill Dubuque of Ozark and Karen Campbell of Dexter, and it was shot on location in Miami. M.I.A. debuts on Peacock on May 7th, and you can check out the trailer below.
