Despite being one of the deadliest animals on the planet, hippos have not really appeared in killer animal movies. That changes in June with Hungry.  Set in the swamps outside New Orleans, a boat tour group is viciously attacked by a hippopotamus that has somehow ended up there. Stranded away from the tour’s normal route with no way to call for help, the group has to fight to survive the gigantic beast. Madison Davenport, Tracey Bonner, Michel Curiel, Jim Meskimen, Samantha Coughlin, Olivia Bernstone, River Codack, and Joaquim de Almeida star in the film. James Nunn, who directed Shark Bait and One Shot, wrote and directed the movie.  Hungry is out on June 23rd, and you can check out the trailer below.
