Resident Evil Returns to Theaters in September (Trailer)

Adaptations of Resident Evil have been mixed at best over the years, but director Zach Cregger is looking to put his spin on the series in September.  Set around the time of Resident Evil 2 and the Raccoon City outbreak, this new film tells an original story as Bryan (Austin Abrams), a medical courier, gets caught up in the horror and goes into a nonstop battle for survival.  Zach Cherry, Kali Reis, Paul Walter Hauser, and Johnno Wilson co-star.  Along with directing the film, Cregger co-wrote the script with Shay Hatten, who most recently wrote Ballerina.  Resident Evil is out on September 18th, and you can check out the trailer below.
