Billy Bryk and Finn Wolfhard write, direct, and co-star in the upcoming slasher comedy Hell of a Summer, which looks like a combination of Friday the 13th and Bodies, Bodies, Bodies. Set at the fictional Camp Pineway, the counselors for the summer arrive the night before the campers to ensure everything is ready to go. A masked killer begins to stalk the group and brutally pick them off one by one. Fred Hechinger co-stars as a counselor much older than the others, and Abby Quinn, D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai, Pardis Saremi, Rosebud Baker, and Adam Pally co-star. The movie premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year and is distributed by Neon. Hell of a Summer is out on April 18th, and you can check out the trailer below.
