Zombies have shown up pretty much everywhere over the years across movies and TV, and back in 2007, they were flying at 30,000 ft in Flight of the Living Dead. Directed by Scott Thomas, who, among other things, was a writer on NightMan, Flight of the Living Dead sees a group of scientists transporting a biological experiment on a commercial airliner heading from Los Angeles to Paris. The experiment, a fellow scientist infected a virus that reanimates the dead, escapes from the cargo hold, and causes chaos as other passengers are attacked and infected. The survivors have to use whatever resources they can scavenge (which includes an arsenal of guns somehow) to fight off the undead horde. The movie debuted at the Fantasia Festival in Montreal and had a successful screening there, as well as at other festivals, but was released straight to DVD.
