One of Netflix’s biggest hits is coming to a close starting in November when the first batch of episodes for the final season of Stranger Things drops. A year after the end of Season 4, as multiple Rifts into the Upside Down rip apart Hawkins, Eleven, Mike, Robin, Lucas, Dustin, Nancy, Steve, Jonathan, Will, Joyce, Hopper, and the rest of the gang have to go to battle one last time against Vecna to save the world. Linda Hamilton is the major new addition to the cast, playing Dr. Kay. Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, Priah Ferguson, Brett Gelman, Cara Buono, and Jamie Campbell Bower are all back as the main cast. Frank Darabont, The Duffer Brothers, Shawn Levy, and Dan Trachtenberg are all directing at least one episode of the final season. The first four episodes drop for Thanksgiving, with the next batch of three episodes arriving for Christmas, and then the finale drops on New Year’s Eve. Check out the trailer below.
