Sisu Goes Mad Max in Road to Revenge (Trailer)

2022’s Sisu was a brutally fun World War II action movie that introduced the world to the basically unkillable Aatami Korpi (Jorma Tommila), and Korpi is set to fight again in November when the sequel, Sisu: Road to Revenge, hits theaters.  Set in 1946, Korpi returns to his home to dismantle it and rebuild somewhere else.  News of this reaches the bloodthirsty Red Army commander, Igor Draganov (Stephen Lang), who killed Korpi’s family and sets out to finish the job.  It appears that the movie borrows more than a bit from Fury Road and brings the same over-the-top action as the first film.  Jalmari Helander returned to write and direct this sequel.  Sisu: Road to Revenge is out on November 21st, and you can check out the trailer below.
