Portable systems like the Steam Deck, Analogue Pocket, ROG Ally, and more have been growing increasingly popular in the last few years, and My Arcade has just announced the Atari Gamestation Go. This new officially licensed retro console makes 200 classic games available on the go.
Launching this October for $179.99, the Gamestation Go is a handheld that sports a 7-inch full color display, built-in Wi-Fi for updates, and some surprising hardware throwbacks like an integrated paddle, trak-ball, and keypad to properly handle the wide range of Atari games across the 2600, 5200, 7800, and arcade eras.

The library includes new and old games in the Atari library, like Asteroids: Recharged, Missile Command: Recharged, Centipede: Recharged, Breakout: Recharged, Berzerk: Recharged, PAC-MAN™, Balls of Steel Pinball, and tons more. The console features SmartGlow tech, which literally lights up the controls to show you which buttons you’ll need for each game.
My Arcade says the battery should run between 4-5 hours per charge, which makes this a solid option for road trips, flights, or just kicking back on the couch without having to drag out a full-size console.
The Atari Gamestation Go is now up for pre-order through GameStop, EB Games, and Atari.com, with an official release date in select retailers in October 2025.
