After the massive success of the first Super Mario Bros. Movie, Mario (Chris Pratt) and the gang are going intergalactic in April for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.  A mysterious meteor shower and Bowser Jr. (Benny Safdie) arrive in the Mushroom Kingdom, which launches Mario, Luigi (Charlie Day), Princess Peach (Anya Taylor-Joy), and Toad (Keegan-Michael Key) off to strange new worlds and finding new allies, like Princess Rosalina (Brie Larson). Yoshi, teased at the end of the first movie, is also making his cinematic debut. It appears to be capturing the imagery of the Galaxy games and will hopefully be another fun, easter egg-filled adventure for fans of the franchise. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is out on April 3rd next year, and you can check out the trailer below.
