The Boys is coming to an end next year, with the fifth and final season debuting in April on Prime Video. While scattered and captured at the end of Season 4, it looks like The Boys will be reunited and gearing up for one final battle with Homelander (Antony Starr) to try and save the world from his sadistic control. Along with being the final season of The Boys, this season is also a mini Supernatural reunion, as Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins will appear alongside Jensen Ackles, who is back as Soldier Boy, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who is returning from Season 4. Seth Rogen will also appear in some capacity after being one of the show’s executive producers, and Daveed Diggs has joined the main cast in an undisclosed role. Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, Nathan Mitchell, Colby Minifie, Cameron Crovetti, Susan Heyward, and Valorie Curry all return as the main cast. The first two episodes of Season 5 debut on April 8th, with a new episode each week until the series finale on May 20th. Check out the Season 5 trailer below.
