A cult favorite from Empire Pictures, TerrorVision turns 40 this coming weekend, and you can watch it in the latest Everything Action Theater. Directed by Ted Nicolaou and co-written by Nicolaou and Empire founder Charles Band, TerrorVision follows an alien creature, The Hungry Beast, which is turned into energy on the planet Pluton and beamed to Earth. Getting picked up on the satellite dish of the Sherman family, the Hungry Beast reforms into his corporeal form and begins to cause death and mayhem. Frank Welker provided the voice of the Hungry Beast, and Jon Gries, Chad Allen, Diane Franklin, Mary Woronov, Gerrit Graham, and Bert Remsen co-starred. The movie was critically panned when it was released, but has since gained a cult following as a “so bad it’s good” classic and has seen DVD and Blu-ray releases from Shout Factory, including a pairing with fellow 80s cult classic The Video Dead.  You can watch the entire movie below via the Up All Night YouTube channel.
