Enter the Backrooms in May (Trailer)

Based on the viral YouTube series The Backrooms, A24 brings the liminal horror to theaters in May.  The Backrooms creator Kane Parsons wrote and directed the film adaptation, which follows a therapist who enters a bizarre dimension to find her patient, who has disappeared.  Chiwetel Ejiofor, Renate Reinsve, Mark Duplass, Finn Bennett, and Lukita Maxwell co-star.  Between this and Exit 8, it’s going to be potentially a great year for fans of liminal space horror.  Backrooms is out on May 29th, and you can check out the teaser below.
