Publisher SNEG has officially launched Warhammer Classics, a new preservation initiative that brings more than 20 legacy Warhammer games back to PC via Steam.
Partnering with Games Workshop and multiple developers, this first batch of games includes seven titles making their Steam debut, alongside a dozen more returning to the storefront. Classic games arriving for the first time on Steam include Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat, Final Liberation: Warhammer Epic 40,000, Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate, Warhammer 40,000: Rites of War, Warhammer: Dark Omen, Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior, and Warhammer: Mark of Chaos – Gold Edition.
Meanwhile, returning favorites like Space Hulk, Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon, Warhammer 40,000: Sanctus Reach, and Talisman: Origins join the lineup, along with expanded editions of beloved strategy titles such as Dawn of War – Anniversary Edition and Dawn of War 2 – Anniversary Edition.
All titles have been updated for modern systems while maintaining their original gameplay. To mark the launch, the full lineup is available at a discount for a limited time, with bundle options for fans looking to explore specific parts of the Warhammer universe.
