F1 (or F1: The Movie) hits theaters this weekend, and one of the major ways it’s being promoted is its soundtrack album, which includes the song “Messy’ by Rosé. A member of K-pop group Blackpink, Rosé released her solo album Rosie late last year, which featured the massive pop hit “APT”, still in the top 25 of the Billboard Hot 100. Atlantic Records revealed the lineup for the F1 soundtrack album on May 1st, which includes Rosé along with Doja Cat, Ed Sheeran, Tate McRae, Chris Stapleton, Tiësto, Madison Beer, and more across the album’s 17 tracks. “Messy” is the second single from the album, following Doja Cat and Don Toliver’s “Lose My Mind” and there have been five singles released so far. The entire album debuts with the film on June 27th. For the music video of “Messy”, Rosé appears in locales around Las Vegas that are featured in the film, interspersed with clips from the movie to make it seem like Rosé is just off-screen, alongside Brad Pitt, Damson Idriss, and Kerry Condon.
