Jason Statham is back as a former assassin who must fight his former organization in the upcoming action movie Shelter. Statham is Michael Mason, who has been living in a secluded coastal shack after he was thought to be KIA. When his former organization discovers he’s still alive, they send a kill team to wipe him out, and a young girl (Bodhi Rae Breathnach) who delivers Mason food gets caught in the crossfire. Determined to protect the girl and get revenge on his former employer, Mason goes on a typical Statham killing spree: Bill Nighy, Naomi Ackie, and Daniel Mays co-star. Ric Roman Waugh, who has been working with Gerard Butler for the last few years on movies like the “…Has Fallen” franchise and Greenland, directs this movie.
